The Supreme Court of Tchad is the highest judicial instance of Chad. The Court is composed of three chambers, a judicial , an administrative and a chamber of Audit. The Court consists of 16 judges.

Appellate Courts

The Court of Appeal (cour d'appel), located in N'Djamena, acts as cassation and appelate court for the lower courts. The Court is composed of 5 chambers, one civil, two criminal, one social and one administrative/financial chamber. Each chamber consists of 3 judges.
