Constitutional Court Supreme Courts (Highest Instance)
The Supreme Court is the highest Judicial Instance in Sudan. The Court is composed of 7 judges who are appointed by the president of the republic on the advice of the supreme council of the judiciary.
The 28 appeal circuits deal with appeals from the public court.
