Appellate Courts
The Court of Appeal hears appeals from the Grand Court. It is composed of a president and not less than two judges of appeal. Appeals are in certain circumstances made to the judicial committee of the privy council in the UK

High Courts
The Grand Court has unlimited original jurisdiction over civil and criminal matters, as well as appellate jurisdiction from the summary court. Appeals are made to the Court of Appeal.

First Instance Courts
The Summary Court has civil and criminal jurisdiction. the Court consists of one or two magistrates. The Youth Cour has general jurisdiction on offences committed by juveniles undwer 17 years of age.
the Court consists of a magistrate (president) and sometimes two justices of peace, of which at least one of tgem must be a woman.
Appeals to the summary and youth court are made to the Grand Court.
